By inviting and using Café LK Music ("the Bot") on your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

Café LK Music is a Discord music bot that provides audio streaming, playlist management, and related features. The bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You may not use the Bot for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights
• You may not attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
• You are responsible for any activities that occur under your Discord account

4. Bot Usage

• The Bot is free to use with optional premium features (if applicable)
• We reserve the right to limit usage to prevent abuse (rate limiting)
• Commands are subject to change, removal, or addition at any time
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates

5. Limitation of Liability

Café LK Music and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or any indirect damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block or ban any user or server from using the Bot without prior notice for violating these terms or Discord's policies. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bot's code, branding, and design are the intellectual property of Café LK Community. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Bot's code without explicit permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via our Support Server.
