1. Information We Collect

Café LK Music ("we," "our," or "the Bot") collects only the minimum data necessary to function:

• Guild ID — your server's unique identifier (for settings storage)
• Channel ID — voice/text channel identifiers (for music playback)
• User ID — your Discord user ID (for playlist ownership, voting)
• Music Preferences — saved playlists, queue history, autoplay settings
• Language Preference — your chosen bot language per server

2. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used exclusively for bot functionality:

• To process music playback and queue management
• To save and retrieve your custom playlists
• To remember server-specific settings (language, 24/7 mode, autoplay)
• To improve the bot's performance and reliability

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored securely in a MongoDB database with access controls. We retain data only as long as necessary for bot functionality. When the bot is removed from a server, associated settings data may be retained temporarily for recovery purposes but will be purged within 30 days of removal.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or share:

• Personal messages or DM content
• Voice recordings or audio streams
• IP addresses (beyond standard connection logs)
• Email addresses or real names
• Any data outside of what is necessary for music functionality

5. Third-Party Services

Café LK Music uses Lavalink nodes for audio streaming. No personal data is shared with these nodes beyond what is required for audio playback (track URLs). We use MongoDB Atlas for database hosting.

6. Data Deletion

You can request data deletion by:

• Removing the bot from your server — guild settings are purged within 30 days
• Contacting us on our Support Server for manual deletion requests

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
